Hello Innovative Users!<\/p>\n

Pairwise has concluded for the \u201cI want to do it myself!\u201d challenge, and we have our winner!<\/p>\n

Designed to focus specifically on ways the system can improve patron self-service, this challenge garnered 16 ideas and received 326 votes!<\/p>\n

The Polaris Winner<\/h2>\n

\u201cSince we implemented the ability to cancel hold requests in a shipped status, I\u2019ve received several requests to support cancellation of held status,\u201d said Samantha Quell, Polaris Product Owner. \u201cI\u2019m excited to add this feature to Polaris, as it will enable patrons to better manage their hold requests and allow materials to reach the next person in line faster.\u201d<\/p>\n
