Not only are Innovative solutions created for libraries \u2013 they are in large part created <\/span>by<\/span><\/i> libraries. 180 features have been implemented in Sierra and Polaris from ideas contributed and voted on by library staff.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How do ideas get from the brains of librarians to Innovative products? Innovative community members like you submit, discuss and vote on ideas for product enhancements and improvements at <\/span>Idea Exchange<\/span><\/a>! Open to all Innovative customers from circulation desk staff to directors, you\u2019re not required to be a member of the IUG to contribute to Idea Exchange; you just need to work at an Innovative library.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Idea Exchange, which replaces Idea Lab, is the next generation for our idea-sharing platform. It\u2019s configured a little differently for an improved user experience. (Learn more about differences between Idea Lab and Idea Exchange in this <\/span>FAQ from earlier this year<\/span><\/a>.) With Idea Exchange, you can continue to contribute ideas for Sierra and Polaris \u2013 and we\u2019ve expanded our forums to include Vega modules like Discover, Program, Promote, Promote Web, and Guide, as well as Innovative Phone Alerts, LX Starter, Innovative Mobile, and INN-Reach.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
