The Chester County Library System (CCLS) has served the roughly 525,000 residents of Chester County, Pennsylvania since it was established in 1962\u2014though its oldest member library is Oxford Library, established in 1784, which is the third oldest library in the state. CCLS boasts 18 locations, with an annual circulation of nearly 3.8 million items.
