Their robust event management includes family-friendly events, a Mobile Library that increases access in schools and parks, multicultural resources, tech help, local history archives, and services that reach homebound residents.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cOur ILS contract was up for renewal, and we surveyed our options for a possible replacement,\u201d said Melanie Smith, Director of Community and Recreation Services for Central Coast Council. \u201cWe had specific requirements\u2014not just for a powerful and flexible system, but also around financial and insurance compliance. Innovative met all of our needs, and their team has continued to deliver excellent support throughout the first year.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Polaris enhances staff flexibility with the Leap web client, enabling secure, browser-based access to the ILS from desktops, laptops, and tablets.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Whether working at the desk, engaging patrons throughout the library, or connecting with the community, library teams can access the tools they need &#8211; without compromising security or performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vega Discover, part of the Vega Library Experience (LX) suite, offers a clean, accessible search interface that helps patrons connect more easily with materials, events, and digital resources.
